Q: How do I get into Mines of Moria?
In order to enter the region of Moria you must have purchased the expansion pack and added the registration key to your LOTRO Gold subscription within your Codemasters Online player account. It is also recommended that before entering the region of Moria you are level 48+ as Moria is a dangerous place.

Q: I’m experiencing long download times, why is this?

Q: I’m experiencing server queues, why is this?
Many people just like you are eager to enter the depths of Moria and explore the vast underground cities, engaging new quests and exciting new levels. Because of this, certain servers will from time to time reach the maximum amount of allowed players which is will cause server queues.

Q: I’m experiencing in-game lag, how do I fix this?
If you’re experiencing in-game lag try turning your graphical settings down. To do this, hit the "escape" key and enter the options menu. Also, make sure you don’t have any additional or unnecessary programs open such as MSN Messenger or Internet Explorer which can drain your computer's resources. Finally, check that your internet connection is working optimally and that you don't have any background downloading taking place.

Q: I want to redeem my pre-order / retail items and titles, how do I do this?
If you have pre-ordered Mines of Moria you will receive an e-mail which includes a bonus code . This code will grant you access to the bonus item, the in-game title and the special pricing offer. Enter your key into the "redeem bonus items" box to receive the in-game items, and enter your key into the "founder’s code" box to receive the pre-order price plan offer.
